I'm playing more now than at launch. At launch I mostly cursed at the screen.

Patches made my game a lot more stable + I enjoy the added features we got along the way, especially semi-autoattack in the action cam (though it's not as good as Origins/DA2).

I still come to the forum to check up on future DLC's/patches, and to give feedback to Bioware. Hope the next DA will be more like Origins, I really loved that game

22 January 2015 is when i quit. But every now and then i come here and take a peek.

Last time I played was early March, just check in every now and then to see if Bioware division of EA has decided to fix their stupid little console game for PCs - like now, Origin just downloaded a 1.1GB patch and I come and check in (ever hopeful) only to find this is a multiplayer patch for multiplayer derps.

I have a few playthroughs but I quit sometime in January.
I fired up a new game just now to see if it worked with my new SLI setup, but even on SLI, before I've even configured my graphics options from my 750 Ti, the load time made me come here and see if there was anything new, besides disgruntled users or patch-updates (and I am a disgruntled user, btw)
So - after fisrt waiting 20 minutes or something for the patch  to load/ install, it took the game seven and a half minutes and counting  to load somewhere in the Emprise on third load-try
I'll just not mention a bigger fantasy RPG which would've loaded in about 30 seconds with HairWorks enabled...

// It loaded, finally, but then I saw my to-do list  quests and just quit.

/A

Playing it again currently.  Beaten it so many times.  It seems that I cannot stay away from Thedas for long.  I should probably worry about that more than I do.

A few days ago. If I hated the game, I wouldn't bother hanging around on its forums.

This is the BioWare forum. DAI is not the only game they released.

Probably sometime last week, probably for maybe an hour, before it tired me out again. It's only my 2nd playthrough... and I started it 8 months(!) ago... A sequel to DA:O has no right to tire me out that quickly, and therefore take so long to finish - definately not on only my 2nd playthrough.

Seems like some people hate all the other games just as much sometimes.

In the middle of playing Here Lies the Abyss right now. And yeah, the BSN is not great for...well, any kind of well constructed discourse really.

Currently playing, and will be for the foreseeable future. Still many things I haven’t done and want to try: Knife Rogue, collecting all shards, astrology loot… Josephine.

2 days ago.  I got The Witcher 3 on the 21st (right after 1.07 released), and it's going to the forefront, slowly.  It took all my gaming time in the last couple of days.

I'm still playing.  But I'm also currently playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood at the same time.  I might go back to the Witcher 3.  I played it twice (I was way unemployed at the time I literally was that person who did nothing but play the game all day). Basically when I am between new games I go back to the Assassin's Creed universe or the Dragon's Age universe.

I finished my only playthrough in December, but I recently purchased Jaws of Hakkon and right now I'm trying to decide whether I should start a new character or continue my old one. First, however, I'm forcing myself to finish Witcher 3, which frankly, is boring as hell.

Haven't played in months, doubt if I ever will.

If Bioware ever comes back to making the great  gaames they once did, I might give them a chance.

But Mass Effect 2 was weak.  Although the combat was fixed up, the plot was extremely nonsensical and poorly paced.

Then they killed that franchise with number 3.  And before you say it was decent except for the last 20 minutes. No, it was not.  All the fetch quests, the auto dialogue (where the player could not choose the dialogue), reusing multiplayer maps, and the lack of any decisions making any difference all contribute to it.  If the rachni queen died, she is replaced by another one supposdely made by the reapers.  If Jack died she is replaced by a generic biotic, if Mordin died he is replaced by a generic Salarian, no decision you made earlier has any impact at all.  And don't get me started on the ridiculous plot involving Cerberus.  They should have been wrapped up early in the game.  I cannot see why Commander Shepherd would ignore a galaxy wide invasion of super advanced robots in order to go after a small terrorist group that allied with them.  Do you not have bigger things to worry about than Cerberus right now?

Then they damaged Dragon age with number 2.  The endlessly reused maps, the wave after wave of enemies in comically fast paced fights, not to mention a fairly weak storyline and characters.

Finally we have this mess.  It would take several posts to point out its flaws.  Let''s just say the open world filled with asolutely nothing but respawning enemies, and the poorly executed war table are on the top the list.  As well as the silly and ill paced plot.  I mean Corypheus is the single worst character Bioware ever made, the DLC about him was silly.  To make a whole game based on him as  a vilain. . . .let's just say I cannot imagine what they were thinking.

No, in my mind Bioware is another victim of EA's greed.  Another company gobbled up and ran into the ground, like Westwood, Bullfrog and Origin.

Granted the current CEO at EA seems to be trying hard to turn it around.  But he came too late to have any impact on things.

Right now I am playing a real RPG, Pillars of Eternity.  And I am looking forward to another RPG, Torment: Planes of Numenera.

It is  shame too, because nobody could ever match what Bioware did, and maybe nobody ever will.  But all that is gone now.

Just hopped off it to check my email. I finally got around to modding it, and that's helped freshen it up a lot (if anyone's curious, the ones that have really improved the experience for me are the closer camera mod for conversations, various hair mods, new Skyhold outfit mod, and this one that increases the drop rate of mats and gold). The Keep has also been nice in that I can play around with really disparate world states, so that's also changed things up (Racist Dalish Warden, Templar Hawke).

Probably won't jump on again until more DLC is released (still haven't purchased JoH), since I don't want to revisit finished characters any more than I have to.

Hadn't played DA:I for a couple of months, but started a new game over the weekend (female elf rogue), and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Just finishing up a few bits and pieces before I do In Your Heart Shall Burn.
