Hard to consider it a "mooch" if the level 1 carries his fair share of the weight.

It really is totally dependent of the persons behavior if they are low level or level one. You can get by for sure if you play smart and err on the cautious side. If you don't you certainly can put the group in jeopardy due to rezing.

Lvl 1 should still be considerate....or carry its weight to its own lobby...

I've seen some low level's blast their way through nightmare. Just as well I've seen level 20's that dont belong in perilous, let alone threatening. How effective someone is isnt based on their level.

Perilous was nerfed quite a bit bro....
people with the basic armors will not have the same benefit as those that have crafted the higher level. It may take a little time for people to pick up on this as I still see plenty of people using basic armors in higher difficulty tiers.
