Hello, if on a rogue i add 2 10%hidden blade one on each dagger the ability will improve? It will do 2 roll of 10% on every hit or it become 20%? or is best to add only one?

Identical masterworks rarely stack (if ever).  Sometimes different ranks of the same masterwork do tend to compliment each other  So, for hidden blades, I would recommend one dagger use 10% chance to use hidden blades with 5 hits, and on the second, use 10% chance to use hidden blades with 4 hits.

I do not think they will ever both proc at the same time due to animation limitations.  But it should increase the total times you see hidden blades proccing.

EDITED for correctness:
Agreed.

For DW, the proc chance should be tested for each weapon hit. Can't remember where I read that, though.

That said, there's pretty good evidence that Masterwork procs become properties of the character wearing the gear, not the gear itself. So putting HBx4 on both blades is indeed a waste, only one "counts". HBx4 on one blade and HBx5 on the other, as suggested, makes more sense.

Gah. Ack. Errghhh. I really need to spend more time in this forum, heh. Thank you both from me as well. Now when I take my DW assassin through JoH, I'll be crafting her one new dagger for sure. When I think of all the time I spent, and red templars I killed,  harvesting FT-Plush Fustian Velvet for two daggers....blech.
