Oh, I already posted here but he just popped into my mind: Inamorda: That krogan bounty hunter on Novaria in ME1. He had some short but poignant dialogue:

Shepard (trying to make small talk): "So, what are you drinking?"

Inamorda:"Human blood ... with cinnamon."

The Cerberus trooper on Omega that tries to jump back up after the cannons in front of Aria's hideout have been activated, he must have had significant will power in order to overcome the pseudo-indoctrination and chose for his own life rather than do die for a terrorist cause.

Kal'Reeger and Veetor would have been good to revisit. Kal left a strong impression on a lot of people and deserved better than an e-mail death, and it'd have been nice to at least hear from Veetor, see how he's doing after ME2.

 

Ian Newstead, the guy down in the tunnels on Feros, would have also been neat to have seen, maybe having joined up with the Alliance or something afterwards. The guy managed to resist the thorian for longer than most of the other colonists, that takes a lot of willpower.

Lizbeth and Juliana Baynham from ExoGeni on Feros in ME1. Just wondered what happened during the reaper war and how Zhu's Hope was coping, apart from just an email and codex entry.

Oriana and her family, that weirdo in the tunnels under Zhu's Hope, Gianna Parasini, Jenkins, the Krogan Shaman on Tuchanka.

I love Shiala, the Asari commando you encounter on Feros. I always wanted her to come along with Shepard on the Normandy. She was both extremely capable and sexy. Too bad we couldn't recruit her.

Gianna Parasini was amazing. I remember how delighted I was when bumping into her on Illium in Mass Effect 2.

Oh, got one more: Lorik Qui'in, the Turian manager of synthetic insights on Novaria. Fired for getting behind the dirty secrets of his corrupt boss, first thing he does is go to the nearest bar and sip some fancy cocktails. That's style for you. Also, what was that human expression again? A fly in the ... lotion?

Eddie Lang - C-sec cop. He seemed like a decent guy. Was downstairs under the Med Clinic.

This. There was something about his portrayal there that made me think they were gonna do more with him, but it never materialized. Wish it had.

 

Also Kal'reegar. I loved what we got of him in ME2. I also felt there was a story brewing there between him and Tali and I wanted to see that play out. Also, I'd have loved him as a squad mate. He was just a great depiction of an awesome soldier type.

That gentle krogan on Illium, Thrax's henchman. Never met a krogan who would say no to violence. Should have known he was raised by hippie parents.

Doctor Okeer, Grunt's creator. I like Grunt too, but being robbed of the opportunity to travel with a fanatic Krogan scientist has always chafed a bit.

- Kirrahe. Wish we could've fought alongside him properly, both times. On Virmire and Sur'kesh.

 

- The krogan smuggler on the Wards (Chellick wants you to do the transaction and obtain some rare mods for him). He calls you "army" when you jokingly point your gun at him. "Sense of humor huh? It's gonna get you killed one of these days, army!"

 

 

- Inamorda (the krogan bounty hunter on Noveria). He cracks me up big time.

"Human blood with cinnamon. Find someone else to annoy!!"

 

 

- The krogan battlemaster on Feros "STUPID MACHIIIIINE!!! NO I DON'T WANT TO REVIEW PROTOCOL!!!" LMFAO I just love how he bothers to respond to the VI.

 

 

- Bray, Aria's henchman who says he's one Batarian who doesn't want you dead.

 

- Emily Wong, she's got that "little sister" charm to her. Would've really liked to have rescued her in ME3. I remember playing ME2 for the first time, I was immersed big time. Then I get her email "YOU'RE NOT DEAD!!!", reminding you of the exclusive you promised to your favorite reporter. It put a genuine smile on my face.
