Soooo. I have been surveying planets and what not and from reading on here saw you could get the survey tool upgrade. I was going to do that after i got what i needed material wise but then forgot and used my mats for some other upgrades . Now when i lookin the upgrade list i don't even see the scanner option anymore. Could I just be missing it? Or do you lose it after you go so far in the game?
