What is this challenge for? Dragons on Nightmare mode? Has anyone been able to figure it out yet?

The challenge description is not very enlightening.  I did see someone with the title, though.  He didn't seem extraordinarily high level/skilled so I discounted the idea of  nightmare mode but if not that . . . then what is it?

I don't think so, my NM dragon kill didn't show on the counter yesterday after the fixes were done, the NM runs showed properly.

The title legendary dragon slayer is from 15 threatening dragon kills.

The challenge legendary dragon slayer is unknown atm. Possibly from heartbreaker dragons.

This is very confusing by bioware that the title doesn't match the challenge.
