Fellow last gen players: Did the recent patch break your audio after entering the black emporium?

I've been reading posts about the latest patch breaking the entire game's audio for the last gen version, to the point that you can't even hear dialogue anymore. Entering the emporium appears to be how it starts, the audio goes screwed when you enter and doesn't un-screw itself. I'm worried because I don't want to patch if that's the case, but I can't use the keep to set a world state if I don't patch. If anyone else got that glitch, have you found a way to fix it short of deleting your patch data? Because if I patch, I'd like a way to work around this massive audio problem.

It's a conspiracy to force us old gen gamers to upgrade, by screwing with our games!

In all seriousness though, I've seen one other user post something about it in this thread.

I cannot say for sure because I am unsure if I have the latest patch (I highly doubt it) since I don't keep my console hooked up to the internet, nor is my game acting wonky. I hope you can get this sorted out.

There was a workaround here that works:

If you go into the Black Emporium, and it bugs, save the game (outside the BE) and restart to fix the sound and everything.  You'll probably freeze on the restart attempt, I usually did, but it works.  I have a feeling the bug is probably a side effect of the new migration system, since it's linked to the Black Emporium.

So save game, quit entirely and restart, and it should be fixed? I guess it's workable, but it will be a big pain in the butt to do that every time I go into the black emporium. Is it remotely possible to sign into the servers for the keep without patching to the latest one?

I hope the most recent patch didn't cause any problem for oldgen, because I'm worried you won't get any more patches to fix the problem the patches made. Also, I would find it odd if it was because of the patch, because it was supposedly only for MP. Which is pretty lame, considering there are still tons of things they could patch in SP on all platforms.

this is borderline ridiculous, they shutting us out of next dlc is a ****** move, but, well we haven't bought it yet so what ever, this though? this and every other bug on last gen versions not being even acknowledged? that low even for EA, they already have our money, they should at the very least give us the means to enjoy a product that runs competently in our platforms.
