I'm having a big problem with the people you are supposed to recruit for Crossroad Keep. So, first of all, I realized that I never met Light of Heavens so I went to both Neverwinter and Port Llast to find her. She was in neither location. Then I went to recruit her sister Joy. She wasn't where she was supposed to be either. I also read that Bevil is supposed to come to your keep but, surprise, he hasn't come! However, last night I was able to recruit Calindra and I already have a bunch of other people at my keep, so not all of the recruitable people have disappeared, just some. Does anybody have a solution for this besides starting over? Perhaps a console command?

yeah ... but it sounds pretty wonky.
spawning Light and Bevil with the console seems likely to be only a superficial fix. They both have complicated variables about what they should say and do,
