I only just viewed a video by Lady Insanity but without remembering much of the details of the pack other than thinking the dlc is out. But I am not finding it on PS4 store. Has it been removed or not out for the PS4 yet?
Where is the Spoils of the Qunari dlc?

They haven't announced it, but the Xbox marketplace now says the release date is supposed to be July 21.

Xbox marketplace released it early by accident, some people were fast enough to buy it so can still use the content, but now it's not available until it's actual release date, apparently the 21st

Lol. While PSNs problem is constantly being down, Xbox's problem is accidentally releasing early dlc.
Anyway. The dlc is nice. The arishok armour is very intimidating, whilst the cloth armour you get looks very sexy on female Qunari. It's truly a great bargain at $5.

So? Let other people decide how they want to spend their money.
Well, if they support being nickle and dimed by EA for excluding content from a larger DLC to sell separately in another DLC then I guess that is on them.
Just don't come back and complain as to why the industry is exploiting the consumers through micro transactions and small item DLC packs that in many ways should have been included in the vanilla game.

There's a pretty big difference between what people usually complain about when it comes to microtransactions - which has to do both with design-level decisions (e.g. fake difficulty, leveling curves) to encourage in-game purchases, and the fact that there are in-game purchases with real money - and people's views on DLC value.

July 21?
Does that mean we can expect the accompanying story DLC some time before that?

Cosmetic packs, microtransactions and other DLC really not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. Microtransactions are ONLY bad if there is a giant paywall you can't get past unless you spend money or grind for 1000 something hours. Other than that, if they're made after the game, they weren't supposed to be in the vanilla game anyway.
So who the hell cares? Don't buy them if you don't like them and stop shaming others for buying it. It's their money and their entertainment, not yours.

I mean gamer and Bioware fan asside, as a consumer, dont you think it was cheap for Spoils of the Avaar to not be content that came with Jaws of Hakkon? The same seems like it may happen again with Spoils of the Qunari.Cosmetic packs, microtransactions and other DLC really not as big of a deal as people make it out to be. I mean think about it....for $20 total you got an item pack in Spoils of the Avaar and a 10-15 hour zone in Jaws of Hakkon. That is like 1/3rd of the full game price and you are only getting no more than 15 hours of quest content with some new gear.
With the Witcher 3 season pass of $25, you get two expansions that will total about 30 hours of story and CDPR is hinting that it could actually be way more then that. Plus with the level increase, there will be new items such as weapons and armor ALL INCLUDED. Again all for $25. Thats also not to mention the free DLC such as alternate outfits, armor, weapons, mini game gwent cards, and quest that are being released.
I will just wait for when all the DAI DLC is discounted like it will eventually be before I purchase any DAI DLC.

Actually, CDPR wouldn't do this "Free DLC" if they weren't beacked by Polish governement. And most of TW3 DLC were contents primarily considered for base game. They didn't had time to finish all of them. On the other hand, DAI is another story.

Really? So you are using the Polish government as your excuse as to why CDPR is executing DLC better than Bioware?
Fact is, for a $25 value, one is expected to get more content (30+ hours of story content plus new weapons and armor). Then on DAI's side for $20 you get 10-15 hours of "story" content and some armor and weapons.
I guess because of the Polish government right?
CDPR saved the world! Hallelujah!
No, but they are offering more content for the buck.

Eh, I'll have to wait and see how many hours the expansions have. I have to take anything with a grain of salt when a company boasts about how many hours or how awesome something is. Every company is going to exaggerate as opposed to downplay how many hours or how awesome something is.

For 25$. right now you've gotten absolutely nothing for TW3. You will get a lot of wortwhile content, but it's the same as a preorder. So let's cool our jets a bit. Also I don't know what world you think we're living in where Bioware gives DLC discounts, because to my memory that's never happened.
But you're failing to account for the very serious difference in currency, because CDPR gets paid in dollars (CAD, US, AUS), euros, etc. while paying out in zloty. That's a radically different cost scale from Bioware, and EA generally. It's a bit like complaining that goods cost more - in USD - in America rather than in, say, Poland. Which would, of course, be totally silly.

Sigh, enough with this economics crap in trying to defend Bioware or play down CDPR's better approach to DLC.
If CDPR was so supported financially, why not sell TW3 at $40 or something instead of $60? Because after all, they are being supported by their government right?

What are you on about with the "government"? You've got to take that up with another poster, because I'm talking about the basics of development costs.
I'm not "defending" Bioware. If you think they're not offering value, that's fine. I'm just telling you it's not an apple to apples comparison. You can't possibly ignore how currency works when you're comparing how much content you're being offered. It's just outright cheaper for CDPR to produce content.
More importantly, though, why do you think CDPR is staffed with idiots? It makes no sense to sell the game for less than market value just because it costs them less to make it. No gaming company is a non-profit charity. CDPR has lower development costs so they can make extensive profits relative to companies that have their labour force based in NA.

I just wanted to agree with the bolded sentence here. Games should be sold at the general market price, 60 bucks being approx the cheaper side of the price range on average.
