I have a glitch in the final cutscenes after the suicide mission at the Collector Base - they play in the wrong order. I see Shepard lift the debri from one of the squad mates, then it cuts to her being on board the Normandy with Joker, then to her running, then to the collector general, and then to her jumping onto the Normandy and at this point the screen goes black and it breaks. If I skip the cutscenes pressing spacebar, instead of it going black I get a 'Critical Mission Failure' instead.
I suspect my Shephard has failed the mission, in the sense that all the squad are dead apart from one, but I think I should get the cutscene with her falling from the Normandy followed by Joker talking to the Illusive Man rather than a critical mission failure. I've tried re-installing the game with no success, and starting the save from earlier in the mission.
