I preorder the digital deluxe version for ME2 and I have redeemed all of my codes on here and downloaded and installed them. But they still won't show up. I'm not that far into the game, im about just after you meet Jacob. I preordered the game on steam, how do i get the items in game?

You can't get the armor until you get your new ship then you will be able to get in your captians quarters.

Alright, thank you. I managed to find the Inferno and Collector armor in a spot just after I got off the starting Research Station. Guess I need to get farther for the other stuff.
