I suspect the mods (at least ones just named Bioware Mod ##)are bots that staffers login under the name of so they can moderate anonymously.
Try PMing a staff member with an actual username

They'll read your stuff from time to time.
They just won't respond. Well, maybe except old BioWareMod2. Don't know if that peep is still around. Considering that moderator's attitude she/he might respond. Other than that mod, expect no response from the others.
