I took a few month break after being #1 on the leader board for over 6 months. I saw new content and thought I would play again.

 

I suggest that you no longer include the leaderboards  as some of the new top players are cheating and have found a glitch. They do not deserve the right to have their names on the top of the boards and have not earned it.

Today has certainly been an interesting day. People shooting up a point every ten minutes or so, while the rest of us manage promotions on bonus ExP with a quick team tracking at about an hour. This is definitely an issue Bioware needs to address.

okay , maybe it was 5 month and 29 days but, he never been leech, never cheated, and still has huge fun, club. he is true champ on xbox one, and guess what, he quit and plays sometimes but everyone is happy to play with him,cuz they RESPECT him. right now manyy ppl from top leaderboard should learn from him how to be true number one, witch means also beeeing nice and respecting gaming rules, not using gliches and playing with friens(not just leeching from them) i wish he never quit, i wish he was with us all the time, so maybe those tho cheat and leech all the time would learn from him that there are nicer ways, respectfull for everyone. Whatever we got right now on the top is not ever 1% of whatever Silver was.

ask your friends who were playing with you all the time and were helping you a lot, both of us names, and they are great players, who they never play with you anymore? cuz you are whatever you are. Silver is only legit champ of this game,.Btw lol i never said it was you but somehow i got that kind of answer

I don't know who is exploiting the promotion and xp system but I was looking at the top ten guys on xbox one, and some of them do look suspect. I'm not calling any names out, but I'm sure bioware has their data on their servers to confirm if they are indeed exploiting. Sadly, the players are doing it now we're mostly likely doing it before the promotion lvl trick was taken out and have just found another way to circumvent it.

And to the op, if the leaderboards were ever wiped or removed completely, than guys like medallian aka God; would commit Harey Carey upon themselves since their livelihood and self worth are completely tied into it.

And this is why I wouldn't grind to be on the leaderboard even if I had the time in my days to do so.

 

It always seems to come up as nothing but drama. Ick.

How are people still surprised by this? Every leaderboard for every game I've ever played has been dominated by cheaters.

 

The best was Lost Planet 2. After three months of practice I managed to beat one map in 52 seconds. This was 12 seconds faster than the original, legitimate, world record. But by that point some hacker had posted the impressive but somewhat suspicious time of 0.21 seconds.

 

Or maybe Resident Evil Revelations. During the Damage Event me and about a dozen other players managed to hit for around 3.5 million. The guy who won did so with a score of 9 billion.

 

I don't even look at leaderboards anymore.

I got the world record on lp2 but running the wrong way in the training map ........1.2 seconds to complete the map thanks to the Easter egg the devs put into the game, there was another weird ability when you did something unconventional in one of the chapters that would allow you to complete the mission in seconds, having done it once whilst drunk and edging towards comatose I have no idea what I did or how to replicate it, but I would expect if you played on pc you were referring to my totally unrepeatable scores
