Which kind is your favorite(s)? I'm not a big fan of fruit-based sodas, aside from cherry and orange. In general, I would say my favorites are:

 

 

 

 

Voltage and A&W cream soda are good for anything.

Currently it is Mello Yello, but that is mostly due to having a change in my taste buds recently. Usual is Diet Coke followed by Diet Dr Pepper.

Am also a fan of peach flavored soda water; zero calories, no syrup, and a nice change from other drinks.

Both the gas and the sugar contained in these things make you leaven.

They should be drunk with a lot of thrift.

They're called soft drinks, and I gave them up a decade ago.

 

Except this one. 

I can't quit Cheerwine.  Every 6 months or so I cave and have one.

 

I also really like Foxon Park Birch Beer, but I've never found it outside of New Haven, CT, so it's not so much of a temptation.

Barq's is made here in Mississippi, and from what I have read, is the only root beer that has caffeine. What I miss about root beer are the frosted mugs. Mmmm....

Almost no calories, but it has just enough "real" sugar punch from the few it has to be satisfying.

Anytime I hit the supermarket, I always get a bottle of Schwepp's ginger ale, especially the dry grape one. I just can't get enough of the stuff.

My favorites are Dr. Pepper, 7-UP, Coke, and A&W.

 

Also like Italian cream sodas and that Mountain Dew Baja Blast (it tastes like the color blue).

 

Oh and Butter Beer from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It tastes like a cream soda.
