I know that this is still little hurry, but sonner it starts, sonner it will have effect

I need to say that i love quarians, but not everybody share this feeling with me, so if you dont like them, this isn't page for you.

What do you think about their future in game?

Will they be something more bigger or will they leave scene for somebody else?

And what about new team member. I know that Tali   is already one quarian female team member, but male quarian in team, that doesn't sounds good for me. But i love quarians so my opinion is that there have to be another quarian female team member or even Tali   herself but i don't know how would be that explained. it would be also good if he or she would be romancable.

So you are clear to write your ideas, but again this page is only for those who like quarians,

so if you dont like them, this isn't page for you. :P

Narratively, I predict a smaller role this time around, if any at all. Bioware is trying to distance itself from the previous games and the quarians were part of a major subplot in 2 of them with wildly variable outcomes.

As far as companion or crew characters are concerned, a male would be what I would prefer for this time, personally, but would be happy with either gender. It's more important that the character brings a new perspective or personality to avoid any accusations of being Tali v2.0. This could be accomplished by either making them of a different profession or background, such as a Reegar/Gerrel type combat focused soldier (as opposed to a combat engineer/ships mechanic), a scientist (ala Xen) or doctor, an exile or merc, pilot, or any other number of professions. There's also the potential for one of their very rare biotics.

Pehaps make the character from a more blue collar, commoner background this time rather than royalty equivalent, and have the harder life they lived colour their morality and motivations a bit differently than Tali's were.

This would make my day, were it to be announced.

Assuming Ark Theory is retarded there is no real reason for Quarians to go looking for settlements in Andromeda for 2 reasons:

1.) Quarians haven't yet found a suitable alternative for Rannoch in their own galaxy due to their immune systems after 200 years, what are the chances of finding one in Andromeda?

2.) Less than 20m Quarians remain in existence today so Rannoch would have by far the lowest population density of any major Homeworld, probably smaller than most notable colonies, so talks of expansion are centuries premature.

3.) Pilgrimage? It's not a pilgrimage if you never return home.

The only Quarians who might make the trip are exiles.

First: Change thread name to Quarians in Adromeda? Thoughts? Second: I am suprised Quarian Master Race didn't open this topic.

There's always the possibility that there will only be one quarian in all of Andromeda, perhaps one that got stuck with this group, or perhaps even the very last quarian in existence.

The Quarians are a major reason why I think the Ark/expedition to Andromeda will get under way before the Geth/Quarian events of ME3 and well before the Crucible fires(or doesn't fire). Tali is one of the most popular characters and most people seem to like the Quarians overall so I really don't see them writing off that entire race just to honor a decision from a game they're trying to distance themselves from.

I would like a Male Quarian Vanguard who was exiled from the fleet for using Element Zero in experiments or selling it or w/e.

Maybe they can make a Quarian Female the complete opposite of Tali someone who is on pair to Jack but more... metal... which means she is not a mechanical genius nor a shy person.

Perhaps a descendant of someone from an entire ship that was exiled, sort of rebel quarians unmentioned by other quarians, but to everyone else, just seems like regular quarians

I would like to have a badass vanguard male quarian this time. It would distance the char completely from Tali (she was awesome, but let's have some variety here) Also, no talking about Quarian politics and the flotilla, Tali pretty much graduated all players in that subject. Let him be an exile or a pilgrim that never returned.

P: "Tell me about the Migrant Fleet."

Q: "Go read a damn book."

Him being anti-social would also be a nice plus, not Jack levels of it, but definitely Sten levels of it.

I would love to have a male Quarian Reegar like team mate.

But at the same time there are so many variables of what could happen, it's hard to wonder. The Ark thing sounds planned. Not collateral damage from the Crucible. The whol needing to find a new home, or home for humanity. While apparently Krogan colony ship is also looking for new home. So, it sounds planned.

If it is, then what type of project was it? Was it put together by those really seeking to preserve all the species of the MW? Or was it done in the spirit of...only a select few thought "worthy" enough would go? That would worry me because Quarians have a bad rep in the MW galaxy. Seen as vagrants and thieves. But then, hell, if the Krogan are there, why not Quarians?

If they were all escaping to Andromeda because they did not know whether, or not, the MW was going to be wiped out, I could see Quarians being there. Because the MW being wiped out would include Rannoch and their Flotilla.

It's a nailbiter, this one. I hope to see the Quarians, but it's just hard to even speculate at this point.

If we do have Quarians, I hope they find some semi-plausible reason for them to ditch the masks. I would love for them to ditch the masks, but I can't think of a way that would make any sense.

I kinda figure that if there is a quarian companion, he (I'm hoping bisexual male romance) would be someone who'd left the Migrant Fleet. Tali mentions in ME1 that there are some quarians who never come back from Pilgrimage. Instead of being like Tali, where the Fleet ultimately was everything to her, it mattered above everything else, he would instead be a wanderer, used to having no home and liking it that way.

Personally I've left quarians off of my squad wishlists, not because I don't want to see them in the game(I want to see quarians and fully sentient geth featured), but because I'd rather see a new quarian crew member feature in a non-combat capacity.

It would be nice to have some quarians on the ship, but still team member is what i would like much more. And I like female quarians more than male.

Not just Because of Tali, but all of them were more charismatic than q. males. Xen was scientist, Sheeza was also smart, but Han was always dork, he even attempted to destroy geth dreadnought even when you were still onboard.

But I agree that team member like Tali would be stupid.

Quarian exile and rebel sounds good too. I need to say that Iam pretty interested about Jack in quarian form.

PS: Dindn't expected so many posts in one night. :D

I think I love the Quarians more than others because of Tali. I mean, I think it's one of the most (if not the most) interesting race, but I don't think I'd love them as much if they gave us a male quarian in ME1.
So I really hope we will see other Quarians in MEA, but I'm pretty sure noone can replace Tali (in our hearts)

Throw in Geth and Quarians are fine with me.

Maybe the Quarians can start another war just to give us something to work on asside from the Keth and hostile Andromeda species..

I think I'm one of the few people in the fanbase who have the Quarians as their least favourite race.

I suppose if we are going to have a Quarian Squad member he needs to be male and stoic, not a bumblimg high school reject sounding character like Tali was.

Indeed - give me some views of Quarian culture that aren't like Tali's (as much as I love her), like saying a Quarian who hated the commonality, lack of space and lack of privacy on his/her ship (hell, an exile would be neat - if he/she was exiled unjustly (wouldn't want a mass-murder or a traitor or anything!))

greetings LAX
