I'm not talking about if the mages need it *though my keeper could use it*. I mean there is an amulet enchanted by presumably mages that increases stamina for warriors and nothing to increase a mages mana pool? How does that make sense?

I questioned this for quite a while too, I don't really believe the potion argument, as it lasts for a very small time. I don't think there is any mana mulet on SP either, where I believe balance isn't treated with as much importance.
