Yes, we all know Bioware said ME 3 was the end of Shepard's journey but they've said a lot of things that turned out to be untrue. So I have a hard time believing them. Anywho, I'd be totally down for Shepard returning in ME Andromeda.

I didn't play SW:TOR after the beta was over but from what I read, they ruined Revan and the Exile by forcing them into the story. Meh.

Considering Andromeda is centuries after ME3, no.
They could pull a Dune and clone Shepard again and again and again. ... cause that worked out brilliantly for Duncan Idaho. 
I don't see a big deal in bringing Shepard back. They did the same with Hawke in DA:I and honestly it was refreshing...in my opinion. I wouldn't mind seeing Shepard in Andromeda maybe as a council member, or some kinda VI, or a spiritual essence that shows up anonymously somewhere, or even helps you with tough battles as a reaper. Or maybe even become your ship...as a reaper. I don't know, but to me, Shepard's appearance in any kind of way in Andromeda will be an A in my book.

Dang strait, after how badly Hawke was Handled in DA:I i think we can say it's a good idea to never have a previous Playable Character in the game.

I think it would be totally awesome to run across a cyborg in the far, forgotten part of cytadel, who is sadly looking at Earth through a huge window and find out it is Shepard (or a physical part of him - if we consider the blue ending, which I think is the best one)
