Saved a lot of lives in Zone 5 of a lot of PuGs this weekend.  The double Revenant w/RTC scenario was truly a challenge for a lot of average players like myself.  I can't tell you how many times I hit them just as they were using their grab attack on teammates and saved them from being chopped to pieces.

I wish the timer was static instead of random but regardless this weekend was the first time I found them useful.

Side note:  Knockout Bomb was extremely useful as well to keep the RTC snoozing while concentrating on the Revenants.

Fun weekend.

Wait.  It works?  I thought it was broken.

Agreed, knockout bomb is just a huge help vs the RTC.  Had some builds with my alchemist in which I did not spec into it and really missed it.

Yea the confusion grenades work.  The timer on it is a complete mystery though.  Sometimes it seems like the effect only lasts 2-3 seconds other times it's lasting close to 7-8 seconds.  Regardless it was enough to save a couple of lives.

Sadly the Venatori Mage's mines will always hit you even if you confuse them beforehand. I know, because I confused one and then intentionally walk on the these pretty glyphs on the ground.
