How about we go the other Way round and get rid of a Species, that was essentially created to be hot blue Alien Chicks?

Robosexuals exist. Search your feelings. You know it to be true.

That's what really started the Morning War. Forget, "does this unit have a soul". It was more like "this unit requests clarification on 'what this is'. 'The talk' is required" :P

Oh, of course, even in universe with Joker (of whom I agree with the assesment by Javik). As I stated, no sane person.

Anyway, as you could see in the geth propaganda video, any potential such deviants were rightfully exterminated. (Creator Megara looked particularly suspect). If they started the war through their synthetic furrydom, well, all the more reason to viciously kill them.

Legion just wanted to get Shepard alone in ME3 to spam Geth Propaganda.

My Shepard was having none of it and killed them all.

The Asari would make sense if originally there were males, and the males died out late in their evolutionary history. No Prothean laboratories are needed for that either. It can happen naturally.

No Sex Needed: All-Female Lizard Species Cross Their Chromosomes to Make Babies

An all female species reproducing by parthenogenesis isn't necessarily science fiction.

Biotics and mind-melds on the other hand...

That's why I stick by my "head canon" nerd origin for the Asari.

The Asari are the descendants of Twi'Lek's...a ship of slave girls somehow ended up in our galaxy...crashed on Thessia..and they evolved from there to reproduce without the male..their head penis's shrank and changed..and that's why they still have female parts :P

Or at least that's my "joke" origin of them in order to tie SW with ME in my mind lol

Man researching this actually turned up some interesting stuff, biologically speaking.

Like some species are born all of one gender and as they age, change to the opposite.

Or one bacteria in bugs, either kills the majority of males of a species, or turns them into pregnant virgin females.

Many amphibians can turn one way or the other with a wide variety of different herbs or hormones being the catalyst.

(that would be like if Mordin became female due to being exposed to the antitoxin for the collectors and became male while working on the genophage)

There are some species of ants that (in the same species but different areas) will produce completely asexually and have degenerated sex organs, and some where males still are present and mate with females.

(Be like Asari on home planet are all female, but on Earth, they have males who they make babies with)

But actually tho, the guys get to have hot alien space babes (this trope not limiting itself to ME) I would certainly not mind hot alien space dudes. In comparison, ladies don't get squat. We're treated a little more fairly in fantasy cause we will always be served with the obligatory fair-faced lean-bodied slightly exotic elf man but sci-fi's tricky. They tried to accomplish it with Thane, but tbh I don't blame the world for not catching on as much, cause although the drell have some hot bodies, I'm sorry but their faces just look like fishes so it's still far from the same thing. I guess I have to be grateful that Garrus has the most attractive personality ever :D

sooo James did those pushups for the straight white guys then?

In a way yes lol... If you look at male public figures most often pined after by ladies, they're guys with more muscularly lean bodies. Like soccer players and movie stars. With that in consideration, my guess would be that a typical female would probably consider Vega a wee bit too much on the beef cake side (and I certainly feel this way lol) But I'm sure all the dudes playing wish they had his muscles..

An asexual species that looks male is pretty easy. If you make them plant-like creatures (maybe similar to Groot), they could literally do it themselves like other plants, although they could cross-breed with other members of their species.

There should be an all male race like the asari, but instead of a bunch of hairy slobs they can be shredded and aesthetically pleasing. This could attract more female gamers.

You mean like every race in the original trilogy? Not like we saw females of the other races, so they may has already been male only. Salarian, Krogan, Drell and Turian all had only females all got shafted in the original trilogy.

Also the drell were created for this purpose. Their entire race was created for nothing more than romance options for females.

There are female drells. Thane talk about his late wife all the time in ME2. I was put off romancing him solely because I saw that he won't let go of his wife.

Only Garrus acknowledge female turian existed when he talk about his flexible lover in ME2 and later his sister in ME3. We're often being shown Turians having sexual interest with an asari or a quarian. But we could only see a female turian in a short scene in LotSB video (she sat across Aria) and two ME3's DLC.

And Bioware based a lot of its game characters from their SWToR franchise which admittedly, more species diverse than ME. There are a lot of similarities and concepts, female Twi'lek = Asari, Kaleesh = Turian, Nikto = Drell, Jawa = Volus, Colicoid = Rachni, Esh-kha = Vorcha, Geonosian = Collectors. Advanced alien race myth with Rakata myth. Not all of them have their female counterparts but they're definitely taking pains to show you the female aliens for their ToR franchise.

Yup. Its in one of Aria's vid. There's a turian sitting near Aria and she seems too small to be a male turian so I assume she's Nyreen.

The answer is an Asari it doesn't matter if the father is from an all male species it will always be an Asari.

But what if the father species has a similar thing to Asari where it doesn't mater the race they impregnate it will always be on of their own kind?

I Personally would never want to be that ripped. But I loathe his character especially after watching his origin and that whole mans man crud disgusts me so you might be on to something when you say dudes want it oh well.

Asari 1: "Hey dude, what's up?"

Asari 2: "Ugh, the human males are trying to impress us once again. Some of them even coat themselves in blue."

Asari 1: "This again? It's getting ridiculous."

Asari 2: "Yeah, I've had it with this place, I'm signing up for the Andromeda tour. I hear it'll be a long journey and no sexy stuff."

Asari 1: "Sounds good - hey look! I've got one of them human clothes from the store. It's what they used to conceal their females with on Earth sometimes."

Asari 2 looks critically at Asari 1 changing clothes.

Asari 2: "It's a ****** bag! This guy sold you a fricken container! And it won't even work! The human males just get more horny and crazy about the stuff they DON'T see."

Asari 1 (muffled): "Ah well, where do I sign up for Andromeda?"

I'd say it might end up deformed or we found the only species the Asari aren't able to reproduce with the reason I say this is because you have two species who are genetically engineered or have evolved to strictly reproduce their own gender This alone would make the chances of them reproducing a fully functional and healthy offspring extremely unlikely.

So a bouncing abomination then? Kind of what I figured.

Sorry if that came off as jackass like my poor attempt to joke and ponder a question while needing a caffeine boost.

Though now I do wonder if the two would be able to breed at all maybe the DNA overriding each other or trying do would make a birth or a live birth impossible. Though that's kind of what you said huh? Blah sorry need coffee or something right now^^;
