Today i bring another mage build, and it is a winter mage, i have used multiple trees to allow good use of the winter tree, but also gain the advantage of other trees when the winter tree isn't a good option. Thank you for this. I am really attached to the idea of a Winter mage and the Winter tree, but couldn't really make it work for me on the higher levels. (My party kept getting eviscerated---so inevitably, I respec into Fire. And it's hard to resist because it has such great damage synergies for all three specializations).
I'm really looking forward to trying out this build, but perhaps with a Rift Mage instead of Necromancer.

yep i thought a rift mage would be awesome although i cannot get solas as he is gone cause i completed the campaign and my mage was necro from the start, might try and get a rift mage to do rift mage builds but im going on holiday very soon so unfortunately it'll be a while before i can do anything, ill try gt a rift mage up though as i know people want builds for it

So seen as the forums have been change, to be merged which i must think was a big bad idea, ill be bumping my post as they used to be page 1. all i want to do is give builds to people to take away change to their own or not and get a good experience with the mage and other classes i have done.

I had a great time with my rift mage when I coupled the spec with blizzard. The mana regen of a lightning-ignorant rift mage spec is godly and that makes blizzard trivial to use yet provided some awesome benefits. I admit I haven't tried a cryomancer yet though.

So for me to make a good rift mage build for lvl 14-15's im trying to take my time to make a great build, and we other events on the video will come out on the 5th i hope everyone is looking forward to this build, Happy Adventuring
