What's the trick to bypassing locks? I can't seem to get more then one or two before time runs out. The manual says selecting one will leave it locked for a few seconds, but it seems to deselect right away.
Also, am I just not seeing how to search these forums? I was going to see if anyone had posted about this, but couln't find a way to search.

It is easy, look at them, and match them before you select one.

Maybe you could explain this a LOt better
Pretend I am a simpleton and list it in easy steps and do not assume anything,
OK, sorry if yhat sounds offensive but I have just read all the pages of this forum.
I got ME2 today and still coping with the reverse arse way of doing everything, **** and corruption why?
But this got to me , Help is no help but then it never was.
So if you can please explain.

Point to one of the blobs, then point to some of the others until you find one that matches your first blob, then click them both. Rinse and repeat. (Apparently this is harder on the PC, but on the 360 version it never takes me more than 4 seconds or so to finish one of them...)

Keep in mind that the bypass game is based on a circuit board, the lines that connect the dots will never cross. Just hover over each one until you get a match, rinse and repeat, it really is super easy.

Rinse???
Please what is this jargon newspeak
I have gleaned from all these posts that I cannot have usinf the space properly in conjunction with finding the matched pair,
Anyhow i will try again and keep looking back

"Rinse and repeat" is taken from the directions on shampoo bottles, and is a colloquialism for "do it again".
Here it is in plain English:
1) Point to one of the blobs. Remember what the symbol is. DON'T SELECT IT!
2) Point to another blob. If it's different to the first blob, repeat step 2.
3) If it matches, select it (space on PC, A on 360) then select the blob from step 1.
4) Repeat from step 1 until all blobs are matched.
Steps 2 and 3 can, of course, be combined if you find a matching pair on your travels, but I find it easier to pretty much do one pair at a time unless I stumble across two very close together...
