Has anyone tried DA:I on Windows 10 with nVidia drivers for Win10? Did you see any performance improvements?

You probably shouldn't get Windows 10 at the moment. Let others beta test it for you first.

The Beta Windows 10 drivers for Nvidia is very buggy and will make your game crash a lot, so i would not recommend it at this time. Hopefully, they have stable drivers by the time Windows 10 is released at the end of this month.
