Hey folks,

So i've had an EA account forever and im pretty sure its linked to my xbox
I managed to download the cerebus free code thing with no problem

So i log in to here (had to finish up the profile and stuff)
And i enter the code, then restart my game and i dont see any "download now" thing in the downloads section
like near the "normandy crash site' DLC

Where is my terminus armor? did i do something wrong?
i got a screen telling me it should be there or for PC users i can download it here
i clicked the download button on accident BUT i didn't download it or even unzip the file

i swear!
Please tell me i can still have my armor or what i should do!

Go to the EA website and double check that your "persona" is linked to your gamertag

the same thing happened to me. i have gone through 2 codes and still nothing. i have called xbox support and emailed ea support. i guess they didnt expect so many people to dowload the terminus gear. ima be pissed if i dont get my terminus gear

on the left side to the right of profile choose 'Redeem Promo Code'. You don't need to enter in your 16 digit code again, but verify your email address and XBL account both appear correctly. If not then you'll need to chat with customer support. If this is correct, then to the right of profile -> choose 'Your registered game promotions' and make sure everything appears for what you registered.

if this is correct, restart your 360 and check the game

The terminus armor appears in my registered game promotions but my email/XBL account does not appear when I go to redeem promo code

go to help.dragonage.com/chat for a live chat with a rep. they can fix it. They just fixed my issues with the blood dragon Armor

If you pre-ordered from Gamestop they should have given you a card with your pre-order bonus armor code on it when you got your game. I made sure they were giving them out since I had heard before picking up my copy that the bonus code was not inside the games box.

I'm having a slightly different problem. I was able to download the new content from the cerberus computer on the main menu, but went i went to play, there was no email on my personal computer with information on where to get my new armors (collector's and terminus) as well as where to find zaeed. Can anyone help me out?

Gamestop have to give you the code for the Terminus armor. When I pick up my copy yesterday, they said they ran out of the initial batch but got some more codes through email. The guy wrote it on the receipt for me and it works. Then there is the Cerebus code that is inside the box.

Support.ea.com/chat you may have to try a few times to actually get through but they'll give you a new code for each individual item

i tried to add a persona on ea and it says my xboxlive gamertag has already been taken. wtf!!!?? how is my gamertag being used by someone else. that means that someone is my my gamertag for nothing on their account. and theres no way to get ahold of ea support. please ****ing help me

my xbox isnt currently hooked up to the internet, so i took my harddrive to my buddy's house and downloaded my stuff, worked fine. brought my game and harddrive back to my place and downloaded stuff is corrupted. took it back to friend's, all fine. do you have to be logged on to xbox liove for what you downloaded to appear in game? ****'s taking up hard drive space.

I am having a very similar issue on 360 about my collector's armor and gun. I connected to cerberus network and d/l the normandy crash site. I came online next to enter my code for collector's armor and AR, and it went through with the correct GT, but my e-mail is different on my ea account than it is on my xbox login. Now my collector's gear does not show up in my 'your registered game promotions'. Any help?

On the redeem promo screen it says it has no Xbox linked to my account
