This playthrough, I accidentally found out that if you don't recruit Horse Master Dennet before Haven, you can't after. I didn't even notice until I went to the Skyhold stables and my Inquisitor exclaimed about forgetting about the Fereldan horses. I forgot too! So yeah... don't do that.

Argh...that stinks. Thanks for the info.I think most if not all haven quests have to be completed before skyhold but i could be wrong.
Another thing i missed was the avvar agent from Fallow Mire after the fight with his clansmen.I went back to see if i could still get him but he was gone.So it seems you have to speak with him right after the fight. Also possible that he moved to a different location but i couldn't find him.
Thanks again

You can recuit him. His recuitment dialouge even changes to say he'll see you at Skyhold.

Really? Thanks. Do you know how though? I went back to him, but I could only ask questions, no option for recruitment. Do I just need to do all of the farm tasks? I honestly don't remember the requirements ![]()

There are too many to name, and some are conditional on things like whether you side with the mages or Templars. It may be possible to pick a particular path through the main quest, like, side with Templars, pardon Wardens, reconcile Briana and Celene and keep Gaspard alive, don't kill Calpernia, drink from the well yourself, etc., etc., and then, define all of the point-of-no-return quests and items that are possible in that path.
With respect to War Table missions, the link below is a good guide. You still can't do everything in one PT, as certain choices close off certain missions, but you can at least make sure you don't miss the ones you can do.

You have to speak to his wife and son(? I have honestly forgotten if he's his son or assistant) and get the wolves quest and watch towers quests. The watch towers quest has a war table mission attached. Maybe you forgot to complete that?

No, now that you mention it, I forgot the wolves. Thanks!

If you plan on doing the requisitions, please do the Hinterlands req quests before you clear the area of templars and mages (cause I didn't and now my game is like 99.8% done except for one requisition from the Hinterlands and Western Approach and the completionist in me is crying)

Mine does that even with Master Dennet standing right next to him... and I recruited him after getting skyhold this playthrough completely by chance... honestly I don't use mounts.

On my first playthough I was able to enter a temple that looked like a sewer and there were arcane horrors as mini-bosses (and a despair demon as a final boss? I'm not sure) and if I remember it well they spawned after I light some runes with veilfire. At one point there were two arcane horrors at the same time and they pwned me. I was never able to unlock that temple again, I don't even know its name so I can't search for it on google.
