Hey Bioware, I know that you'll never see this because your customer service record seems to suggest that you rarely check out complaints, but Cassandra keeps bugging out and not moving at all when I'm attacking. Some examples are when we fight giants in the Emerald Graves and the rest of us move with them as they move, but Cassandra just stays on like she's relaxing and enjoying the view. This happens with other characters as well. Also, there seems to be a game-crashing bug when you interact with merchants in the Hinterlands.

Yeah, don't hold your breath about Bioware giving a single damn about your bugs. I am guessing when your toon stands still, your party members still run around like they are confused about something, too?
Has ANY of the many points of concern been addressed by Bioware since the game was released?
Their move to getting the public to test their patches for them points to their utter incompetence in supporting their own game.
There is no hope for a game company who can't implement and test their own bug fixes, let alone make any improvements to the game at all.
My advice is that you are wasting your efforts even asking them about it.

It's not just Cassandra. The one it happens to most often in my game is the inquisitor, but all the companions can do it, as far as I know. To fix it, assume control of Cass, or whoever is stuck, and make her jump in place. That will unstick them. I fight mostly in tactical mode, so I need to switch to isometric, jump, then switch back. A bit of a minor drag, but it doesn't slow combat much at all.
Jumping in place fixes stuck characters, and also breaks auto-attack, if you'd like to move to a different location but can't because Inq won't stop swinging.
