I have a question about it: on the front side, facing the stairs, there's a small space just enough to deliver 'pizzas' for example and so I thought it'd be big enough to also fit one body during EZ. But now I've failed extraction twice in that spot, once with a batarian and once with a krogan. I thought for sure I was inside the circle!

And then I saw someone, a human something, successfully make extraction, so is it kit dependant or what do I do wrong? Thanks.

(PS, I am a 'big fan' of certain things but I didn't think that would rub off on my pixellated ME3 kits.) :P

You can extract by this side, as can be seen in the vid below. I don't think it's character dependant, but I may be wrong.

Yes, that's the side I mean. I once failed in that pocket and lastly I failed in the left one. But if a Juggy can fit in there surely a smaller kit must be able to? Weird. Thanks for the vid.

That's weird. I've extracted there loads of times.

Okay, I'll have to do some experimenting now, I'm set to do a lot of waves with my Juggy and also work on my melee challenges (lol) so I'll test these spots in private. Perhaps it's some lag issue then? If I can extract on solo waves but not in co-op it pretty much must be lag related, right?

Were you standing next to the craft, or did you take cover against it? I realize that when I've extracted there at the last second, I've always dived into cover against the craft.

And gave them Dragoons what they deserve. Who cares for a single Atlas?

The weirdest part in this vid is that I still had a missile for extraction.

Hunkered down against the fighter with my batarian, standing up with my krogan. Could totally extract solo though so it might be some kind of lag issue after all.

I know for sure you can extract there. Maybe a Krogan is too big? That would be pretty funny

Unless I'm playing a character who can't take cover I only seem to extract in that corner whilst in cover

Yet no problem with the Juggernaut or Volus Engineer

I don't have any problems extracting there no matter what character I use.

Maybe he slipped in the puddle made there by so many extractions?

Most likely lag, unless he was in cover he may or may not have been in the LZ

Fun fact: you can fail to extract if you are vaulting cover when the timer hits 0:00, even if you are fully in the extract circle. Have had this happen on Vancouver a few times.

Regarding White, I've crammed into that sliver with many characters, but now I'm going to try it with Krogan just to be sure. I wonder if the different sized Krogans matter?

This is probably the most likely answer, I've had four seconds on my clock when the shuttle picked up before.

If you're off host you almost need to be alive and in extraction zone with 5ish secs before the shuttle comes. If extraction is important like a solo or a team game where it matters I will ops pack with a few secs left as well.

Also a good way to guard against teammates' "accidental" Lashing of Possessed Abominations into the Extract circle.

That I've never noticed but I'm usually there with plenty of time to spare. I think I might have been prodded at the very last second by a Brute or two so I accidently staggered and my elbow or something came outside the circle. It was extra embarrassing as I was in the top spot too. Bailed the lobby before the others could kick me just to be safe.

Lol. I doubt they would kick you if you top scored. Hell I don't kick people unless they leach generally or I need a spot even if they're terrible. I get a little too distracted by bloodlust as well at times and miss extraction but I generally never even end up close to the shuttle when this happens. Sometimes **** just has to die and we must hold the line.

Agreed. I did something similar recently while fooling around with nades on Rio. Totally forgot the timer and only noticed it when I was on the wrong side with five or so seconds to go.

****. ****!! ********!!! Lol. Luckily it was just a Bronze solo and I was laughing all the way as I futilely sprinted to the EZ.
