 Bioware you need to update the people who paid a crud load of money for the collectors edition and cant use their keys because of the "already in use" issue. EA has virtually  no way of contacting customer support AND YOUR NOT TELLING US ANYTHING. 

Update your loyal customers please, this is customer comunication 101 for goodness sake. even if you havent fixed it TELL US WHAT IS GOING ON.
