Yes, I maxed my manifest.

1,064 hours, 32 minutes, 45 seconds / 2,747 games

To celebrate, I'll do a victory lap: play a game with each Ultra-Rare weapon, one at a time, each on a different character.

 

I'll do them in the order they are listed on the N7 HQ screen.

• N7 Valkyrie - Turian Saboteur. Turian passives plus a stagger power (Sabotage) turn the Valkyrie into a headshot machine.
• Geth Spitfire - Geth Juggernaut. It's de rigueur.
• M-99 Sabre - Geth Engineer. Hunter Mode's rate of fire increase addresses the Sabre's only weakness.
• Particle Rifle - Awakened Collector Adept. May as well get some use out of his weapon bonus passive.
• M-7 Lancer - Turian Sentinel. Turian passives tame the Lancer's stability, and he uses powers often enough to let its ammo refill.
• N7 Typhoon - N7 Destoyer Soldier, a/k/a the human turret.
• Cerberus Harrier - Turian Ghost Infiltrator. When you're going OP, do it right.
• M-358 Talon - Asari Justicar Adept. Talon gets past shieldgate, which is her only problem.
• Scorpion - Salarian Engineer. Set everything on fire with ammo and Incinerate, then detonate with Energy Drain.
• M-77 Paladin - Asari Adept. Stasis, headshot, done.
• N7 Eagle - Turian Soldier. With AP ammo and the Marksman power, the Eagle becomes a buzzsaw.
• M-11 Wraith - Alliance Infiltration Unit. Again, when you're going OP, do it right.
• Venom Shotgun - Drell Vanguard. Also de rigueur.
• N7 Crusader - Quarian Marksman. Because the Crusader is just too slow without a rate of fire increase.
• N7 Hurricane - N7 Paladin Sentinel. The Hurricane's clip times perfectly with the Paladin's power cycling.
• Collector SMG - Human Engineer. Her power cycling flows nicely with the CSMG's clip refill.
• Blood Pack Punisher - Vorcha Sentinel. Mostly for lore reasons, but also because Flamer will kill things quickly; I'm not a fan of this gun.
• N7 Valiant - Human Infiltrator. Because I used up all the better infiltrators on other guns.
• Javelin - Geth Infiltrator. A classic for a reason.
• M-90 Indra - Salarian Infiltrator. Proxmity Mine helps make up for the Indra's weaker per-shot damage.
• Black Widow - Quarian (Female) Infiltrator. Cloak, Sabotage, headshots.

 

Obviously, you could put any weapon on any character; this is simply what seemed fun to me.

Maxing a manifest on PC is hardly a challenge, is it?

Really. You had to try the Harrier X on Turian Ghost... gun should be played on anyone but him. And if you still want it OP, going GI Harrier is more right. Otherwise try something like Volus Merc Harrier.

 

Valkyrie is also best on Geth Engineer. Since it needs some accuracy boost too for better melon shot focus.

I agree with the GE-Valkyrie.  Great combo.  The Valkyrie needs accuracy, not so much stability.

True. But then I happen to be fully seized of the fact that Randall already has a PC account that he's put to one side while working on maxing his Xbox manifest
