Male robot like EDI that is actually something like biotic (they use chips, robot could use it as well). Should look like Cillian Murphy or have other weird face, perhaps Cumberbatch (or maybe something that has no fanbase). Also, I need female Krogan sniper. Don't ask why.

1) A robot with Biotics would be possible in relation to the Mass Effect Universe, though it would be improper to actually call them such. Biotics, barring Asari, require implants to the nervous system (and learning to gain conscious control over parts of said nervous system) to use their abilities which are fueled by the eezo nodules imbedded within their tissue.
To make an AI biotic, it's physical body would require an Eezo core just as a ship like the Normandy (or like the Mako for use with its 'jump-jets') does for travelling through space. The AI itself would have to be programmed to know and execute the same movement patterns and gestures organic biotics use to trigger cerain biotic abilities such as Throw or Biotic Charge while simultaneously activating its Eezo Core or internal Eezo canister for said abilities. Assuming the robotic body is powered via a battery, using these abilities would be energy-consuming, and would need a way to compensate for such just as other biotics do (human biotics in the Alliance are given a 1.5x increase in calories than a normal soldier and are provided with special energy/sports drinks to increase their electrolytes.). It would also have to discharge the eezo core just as ships have to discharge their cores in a planet's gravitational field after a long FTL jump.
. . .I might write this up.

But robots can be far better adjusted than human body, don't they? Also, MEA is years after ME so technology should be advanced.
1b reasoning is Prometheus which I'm watching right now. Their robot looks weird so ours shouldn't be worse!

Here's some I wrote earlier
Party Members
(Doesn't Count) - The Red Shirt who dies in the first mission. A bright bubbly personality who gets killed rather quickly. Imagined as an asari, just to throw off suspicion since ME1 and ME2 were human men.
1.) Space Bond - A suave, smooth talking human male (white skin, blond hair, from USA, small scar) with a smooth talking personality, and a love of a few good jokes. An infiltrator skilled with a sniper rifle, and some minor tech powers based on disabling his opponents, like Sabotage and Damping from the first game. Romanceable by women.
2.) The Straight - A female turian (black face paint) who is stern, and listens to orders. Believes in the "spirit' of the team, and the mission. Tries to connect when she wonders about the true motivations behind everything. But in the end, steadfast and loyal, believing in the turian way. Turns down promotion because she feels she is not ready. Soldier type with assault rifles and shotguns, and various offensive buffs like ripping through armor or shields. Romanceable by men
3.) The Pragmatic - A salarian male (females are dalatrasses) (Green skin, mottled complexion) from STG, who believes honor and nobility are quaint notions, and has no problems being ruthless for the mission. He likes sneaking around enemy lines, sabotage, and intelligence gathering. Believes in the wheel of life. A descendant of one of the last members of the League of One. Uses light weapons, can cloak and uses heavy-hitting techs like Incinerate and Neural Shock. Not romanceable, but can become a good friend.
4.) The Mad Scientist - A brilliant asari matron (turian father, so light facial marking. Skin is almost turquoise with dark-colored marks) who spent her maiden years as a huntress, but quickly discovered a love of science when she met a salarian working as an Eclipse sister. That salarian became her bondmate, and she soon abandoned the life of a merc in order to create many new innovations and inventions, naming a few in honor of her bondmate, who soon passed. She creates many of the things that new colonies in Andromeda will need, and likes field testing her work. Uses light weapons and has a mix of tech and biotic attacks. Romanceable by either male or female
5.) Space Indiana Jones - Human female (Colonist but Middle Eastern descent) who signed on for the adventure and helped finance the Andromeda mission. A dreamer who loves the idea of exploring new lands and new civilizations, believing the future of the world is among the stars. A biotic who always found herself bullied due to biotic misconception as a child, signed on for some military training due to incentives and to see the galaxy. Uses assault rifles and offensive biotic powers like Warp. Romanceable by men.
6.) The Scout - Drell male who worked as a scout under the Compact, but served a hanar who thinks drell are second-class citizens, who tasked him to go on the mission, because the hanar wants all the credit for it. Believes in a form of siari mixed with the ancient drell religion. Wants to find a future for the drell, for them to thrive on a world away from Kepral's Syndrome, and free from hanar that are bad. Uses a mix of defensive biotic powers such as Barrier and Throw combined with a shotgun, as well as a scouting drone. Romanceable by women.
7.) The Tech - Quarian male who was a scholar of the mass relays, (dark green suit) and used their technology to help create better mass drives for starships, which was his Pilgrimage gift. His brilliant mind has been sought after by militaries and people of a less savory nature, and he's had to learn to defend himself. Absent-minded to the point of silliness, but incredibly sociable, polite, and loves talking about quarian history. Has a mixed view on the geth, thinking that the Morning War was inevitable. Uses light weapons, and has tech powers focused more on synthetic opponents, such as Overload or Hacking. Romanceable by both men and women
8.) The Mercenary - A batarian female with a dim view of other races, thinking they are only valuable for their money. (slightly red skin tone) A firm believer in the batarian way of life, including slavery and the caste system. She will educate about batarian life, but from a point of superiority. Skilled with weaponry and believing in overwhelming force and getting paid to it. Worked as a member of the Hegemony, and would never admit it, but left her world because it was too busy fighting itself.
Non Squadmate - Elcor diplomat who helps run the colonies in the Andromeda system. Is conservative and stable, disliking radical changes, particularly untested theories. An egalitarian who believes all, regardless of anything, who are willing to help should not be turned away.
Non Squadmate - Slimy volus businessman who tries to make the colonies turn a profit. Clashes a bit with the elcor, since he believes innovation is the key to advancement.

Honestly, I'd continue but at this point having to connect the dots between twenty characters is crazy. If I did, I'd have to start back at one and begin again.

The invisible Stowaway. This Character is not recruited under normal Circumstances. You'll get a Mission to deliver something from A to B, but when you arrive at B, you find it isn't there anymore. At your last Stop it was there, your other Companions will affirm you. So you'll hunt through the Ship, only to catch the Stowaway Thief when he's just about to make his/her Escape. You then have the Option to recruit them. Turns out they did so as they saw this as a Chance to leave their Life in Pverty behind and get somewhere, we they could get rich and get noted, as Place A is a dirt-poor Backwater whose Issues are all but ignored. They were absolutely invisible until the Player arrived and this Need to get noticed, this Visibility and Invisibility is a major Theme of the Character.

Alrighty then. *rubs Hands* I'll put out the first three, before I get to them. With one of them, I obviously built on my Cyborg Girl Idea from before, but as you'll come to see, I've added and switched around quite a bit of Stuff.
1. Kara Sionis, the iron Maiden. Human Soldier.
2. Nassha Sionis, the Cyborg Girl. Human Engineer.
3. Jaya Sionis, the azure Lady. Human Adept.
Interlude: The Sionis-Family Arc Conclusion.

-snips of justice-
Hue hue hue. . . Nassha -Tasha.
I liked em, not usually one for three characters being heavily linked but it worked out really well. . .Though I'd think only Jaya would stay behind to run the family if Roman was killed. The others, if loyal, would make more sense to stay with the player assuming the player continues to support the Sionis family.

Thank you, thank you. I really tried to make her not just "not Tasha" but also not "not-Tasha" if you get what I mean. I'm just too much in Love with that Idea of a Cyborg Girl that I can let that go completely. ![]()
What was central to all three Characters that their three own Stories form a not-so-little Sideplot within the Game, that could serve a lot to build a Picture of an andromedan Society. I didn't go into much Detail but I can totally see this serving as a primary Way to establish andromedan high Society, as well as a Picture of Crime. Not to mention my favorite Theme of Transhumanism, done in a better Way than green Space Magic.
Yeah, I thought about that too, but in the End, I kinda wanted that Point to again serve to stress how close these three Sisters are - if one of them leaves or is kicked off, they all go. *cracks his Knuckles* Okay, BSN, give me Suggestions who's to come next!

Said it before, and will say it again.
A Shepard VI uploaded into and fusions with a alliance infiltration unit, Basically a mildly insane AI who believes that they are Shepard and were somehow transfer and trapped in the robots body.
Plus you can have Jennifer Hale return to voice them, and even Mark Meer if they either create a "male" AIU or have a male voice coming from a "female" body,

If the player was supportive, then it would make sense for loyal ones to continue serving alongside them, though Jaya would clearly leave to run the family business, which the other two weren't capable of.
Also, I'm tossing one of your prior ideas back at you while I come up with one to toss over of my own:
Alright, one more before I go off to sleep.
This one is a human Biotic. He is an accomplished Academic, talented Biotic and, most importantly to him, a popular classical Musician - his rather old-fashioned Violin is his most valuable Possession. His Success in all three Fields has turned him quite arrogant and over-confident. However, he harbors a dark Secret connected with this Success that made him basically flee to and through Andromeda.
I imagine him looking like David Garrett.
Go Wild.

go youtube the fight between Clare vs Orphelia and go to the 1:25 mark. The cloaked character is Flashsword Irene. Mind you, she does her special attack while only having one arm
Since in ME 3 the phantoms are extremely agile. Irene makes them look insanely slow
having a sort of a melee character as a companion would be a nice addition in ME A

So here's my list of characters for protganist and squadmates:
1: The Protagonist.
Younger and less decorated than Shepard I'd say this character would be around 26 (earth) years old. Unlike Shepard s/he Joined the military only a few years prior to the start game, around the age of 22 after several failed other carreer attemps. After just a 2-3 years of service s/he quits the military and joins an Alliance backed colonial militia on a hostile frontier world until the Reapers arrive and s/he is forced back into the military. What the failed carreer attemps were or why the protagonist quit military service is up to the player to decide.
2: The Aide de Campe
A Human male roughly around the same age of the protagonist, belongend to the same colonial militia the player has served in and went with him/her on a few missions during the Reaper war and thus has gained some insight in our protagonist psyche. Acts casual during free time and is serious during missions. very reliable for the most part though he can be somewhat oppertunistic and hypocritical at times. Class wise he would be a engineer type focussing on medium range combat and supporting the squad. Romancable by a female Protaganist.
3: The Old man
A Human male somewhere in his late forties, travelled for most of his life through space, saw the rise of the Alliance and its greatness and the follies, shortly before the Reapers arrived the ship he travelled on was caught in a batarian controlled system, he and the entire crew, including his familiy, were imprisoned. They rescued by Allied forces a few weekes later, in the fighting he lost track of his familiy, their deaths were assumed though never confirmed. After the escape he reluctantly helped the Alliance in the war effort, though he was never a true soldier. A passionate character who frequently buts head with the Aide de Campe . Combat wise he fills in the role of the Adept focussing on longer range biotic powers.
4: The Patriot
A Turian female with strong militaristic feelings, somewhere in her early to middle thirties. Despite being a strong supporter of the Turian military she left relatively early so she could enter politics and bring about a stronger galactic society, going so far as plotting military campaigns into the terminus systems in an attempt to break the single largest opponent of the council once and for whole. Very charismatic and commanding a lot of authority she could have one day become Primarch. A pure combat character focussing on close range assault and guerilla tactics intent on keeping her enemy of balance and effer guessing until the killing blow is deliverd. Romancable by a male protagonist.
5: The Prodigy
A playfull Young asari that came from by asari standards poor background but gracefully fought her way up the social ladder. Considerd to be a true prodigidy she was not ashamed of showing off and quickley earned herself a special status within the universities of Thessia. After several studies she joined a paramilitary training camp on an uncharted world in order to develop her biotics in secret. Politically she's more in line with Salarians and strongely believes in innovation and progress and desires to leave her mark on the Andromeda galaxy. She's cautious with strangers but very open with friends and is a romance option for a female protagonist. In gameplay she behaves like an uber-sentinel and is proficient in both Combat, Biotics and, tech.
Ok that's it for now. I will have two, maybe three characters ready next time.
