It should be a little more like MEMP,so you can see where you are at on a bigger scale, and not just the top 100.
I like that.

As long as nobody comes up with a way of judging someone's capability, rather than their numerical results disregarding the latter, they can do whatever they want with it.
One point to start would be to make the most important "stat" their success/failure quota, relative to majority difficulty and total time played. Obviously simple as that, it would make a guy who has played one successful match the world's leader, but I hope it illustrates the point I'm trying to make. Keeping track of stats is absolutely redundant in an exclusively cooperative game.
As long as nobody comes up with a way of judging someone's . . .
It is people's nature to judge, often wrongly, based on preconceived notions. That won't change. If there's no leaderboards, there's other ways to judge. One of the other ways currently: Cosmetic banners and lacktherof. Weapons in lobby, what classes they pick, what skills they use, whether they speak on Mic, etc.
I still like some of the ideas on leaderboard though. I'm sure if the devs like it to they'll implement what's actually worth doing within their reach without affecting work on other stuff.
The Leaderboards should be universal and include every single person who plays this game on it.
It is important that the joys of climbing up positons be accessible to every player, not just the top minority.
I completely agree.
But ...
I do not know what these people think.
Become part of Leaderboards requires significant effort, time and dedication to the game.
It's all a matter of time. My wife says I got a mistress now
Like anything in life without effort and commitment there are no results...
As for the cheaters in the leaderboard. Bioware do something ...

You were quoting me up until the crucial word I threw in.
I wasn't criticising the basic premise of evaluating someone's performance, but rather that this is exactly not what happens. I can train a (very low-maintenance) monkey to solo Routine with a Legionnaire for 8 months just to grind EXP and promote ad infinitum. Even if you didn't, you get EXP for whatever you do, no matter how well.
That's why I say leaderboards in pure coop games are completely moot, cause I don't know what it's supposed to tell me about the player.
The leaderboard should only show the number one player in the world then we can have more threads like
A God is BORN!
They also need to adjust the challenge points you get for various things. I got a whopping 2 points for completing one of the complete 250 matches grindfests.
I won't be on the PS4 leaderboard much longer if all the PS3 players migrate across ![]()
Dropped a few places already from names I have never seen before you swines !

I doubt it. The current #1's seem to be quite pleasant.

I love that topic. I read these boards for entertainment and Medallian provide that in HUGE quantities ![]()

I think it will be dribbles here and there before the mass migration so you have time still ![]()
Disagree, there are way sto farming those things, play routine with high stats stats and many other ways. But there is funner way to make its going. I say we can get point from community challanges. they can give points to those who made most points for community. Should't be on person tho, this way active ppl will be interested in helping community and they can get rewarded with points.
Leader board is good as is imho. You can see all of your friends rankings and that aspect of it is cool. Adding anything else would more than likely cause more disconnects, crashes, glitcthes, etc. Btw alot of people alot of time into this game, what better way to gauge your own time wasting managment???
(im here for the BSNer banner...250 post maybe?)
Why would you think I am not on the leaderboard? Just because I suggest variety of ideas? Interesting perspectiveits not a bad ideal, to have this added into the mix of things, thanks for contributing ^^ I feel like the people downing the leader board are the ones expressing they are casual players .... but the leader board is not for the casual and if you are casual you should maybe not care.......
