Meh personally that sound clip sounds very ordinary and not overly dramatic in any way.  Reminds me of NWN2 MotB music at the start which I think was better too.

 

DAI's music was fairly original sounding with some interesting beats, rhythms and use of instruments that really made the game pop in many cinematics.  There just wasn't enough of DAI music in the game as a whole eg. open world areas and non-cinematic points as a whole.

I don't like the Polish/Slavic band or whatever it is, also I found TW2 soundtrack better than TW3. IMO DA:I has the superior soundtrack. Just a shame it doesn't play more ingame.

But yeah, Soundtracks in all Witcher games are on another level, non of the DA games even come close.

 

Just soak in the Slavic feel of this piece 

Don't know any other game other than The Witcher with Slavic influences so it's nice to see.

I don't really remember DAI but I liked a lot of TW3 tracks, the Skellige ones especially.

I wasn't particular on either soundtrack. I really liked the DA:I tavern songs tho, so I'll say DA:I was better to me.

As to the actual topic, I can't say as either game has terribly memorable music for me. In the end I would have to probably hand it to DA:I.

Tw3 is far far far better. the quality of DA soundtrack is in free fall since DAO.

There can be no Hell March without Act on Instinct!

 

And Hell March 2 is fantastic, easily the best out of its three iterations, though the first one will always hold a special place in my heart.

 

 

Another game series that I feel is criminally overlooked (well ... was, the current game deserves looking the other way): the X series.

Haven't played TW3 yet, but I did listen to the soundtrack. I guess it's great if you like to listen to Slavic women shouting.

 

Personally, I think Trevor Morris is awesome and did a spectacular job with DAI. I much prefer it to TW3's soundtrack.

As for the actual point of this thread, I have not listened to the TW3 OST, but I think Trevor Morris did a fantastic job.
