Granted. It'll be a casual sex relationship. And no, you can't opt out of it, you are forced to have sex with her. Every main chapter will end with your character having sex with her and the scenes will be a la Witcher style.

You get all kinds of customisation options but all armour makes your character look like a walking penis.

That wish is incorruptible, and should be just simply granted  ... okay, I'll try. Granted. Every time you try to turn right, you hear "assuming direct control" and keep going in a straight line.

Granted. They are destroyed in the first 5 minutes of the prologue, since that's how Bioware will introduce us to the new villains. 

 

I wish that NPCs in ME:A don't have ugly faces like in ME1/2/3 (by ugly I mean the textures and low quality of the faces).

Granted, but you're on a vorcha chain gang and the only reason you're there is 'cause your favourite squadmate betrayed you. Your least favourite is the one who rescues you, and they charge you for it!

Granted. You'll see technicolour glowing life forms on every planet, but only if you drink hanar mindfish shots before the mission. Soon you build up a tolerance and have to drink more mindfish shots, and then your controller controls become reversed at the most inopportune times because you're "under the influence"

I wish for hanar mindfish shots to be available as a drink order at any bar we visit.

Granted, you will find a copy of Fornax in the medbay, which details everything with non-so-scientific diagrams. Halfway through your studies, the medic bursts in and starts shouting at you about going through their private things.
