They will mate! Unfortunately, they will also adhere to the Australian government's idea as to what is proper in computer games, which means they basically won't be allowed to say a word or do anything.

Granted, in fact they are Tali and garrus reusing the same catch phrases and dialogue with nothing new, which is so overdone it kills your love of Tali/Garrus from the first game as well.
