I start to realize that many ''fans'' here want this game to fail miserably. Don't get these people really. More MP, co-op campaigns, friends in place of BW companions, no romance......is there something remained of what made a BW game? I don't get these ''fans''.
You got it all wrong mate. We want ME to be better. MP was the best part of ME3. The romances and "story" all sucked. Wanting more MP and less romance BS is only logical and will only make the franchise better.

No. Absolutely not. These games are about the player making choices, not a group of players having choices made for them. This idea is the worst possible compromise to accommodate a bad gameplay addition.
...and has zero effect on you.
The anti-MP crowd is way, way, way too concerned that someone might be enjoying a game in a different way than they want them to.

No one is suggesting leaving that behind. MP is about combat and encounter design and whatever was wrong with ME3 had zero to do with those which were actually good. MP doesn't take away from that. If having friends rather than James and Javik and Garrus in your party floats your boat and you don't mind missing out on banter and character development is no skin off my nose. BG2 had the ability to have friends replace people. In all the games you don't have to bring anyone with you so should that be constrained because you don't have companions? Heck ME3 had a "don't bother me with plot" mode you could select and while I never did that, good for people who want a more Uncharted experience than Baldur's Gate.

The SP wasn't too shabby either, it had the best core gameplay in the trilogy and combined with the MP, it makes ME3 the best game in the trilogy.
Granted, it helps to take the story as seriously as Ninja Gaiden's, which is say, not all.

so there is a game called Destiny...you can get that and have fun with your friends. It's pure pew pew no story at all right up your alley. MP all the way there. No need for Mass Destiny here. The SP wasn't too shabby either, it had the best core gameplay in the trilogy and combined with the MP, it makes ME3 the best game in the trilogy.

IF (and that's a big IF) the Co-op boiled down to one of your friends being able to "possess" an existing squadmate (so for example we'll still have Garrus, will still have dialogue, only Garrus will be controlled by a human player), BUT with the option of me, as player being able to turn off this feature, IF I could turn off chat, IF I could completely close off any communication possibility then yes, I would give it a try.
But if Co-op is implemented like it was in Dead Space 3 then I wish the idiot who thought this would be a good idea to burn in hell for all eternity while his eyes are eaten by crows only to have his eyes regenerate so they can be plucked off again.

I'd guess that there are people who think having an alien dating sim buried in your game isn't a marker for maturity and Intellegence either.
Your answer makes no sense. If there is an option to select "choose my answer" it doesn't dumb the game downs just does exactly what you do...pick an answer. Again, you are too concerned about how someone else is playing and enjoying a game.

Never played DS3 but in anything coop based I have played the "controller" has to invite people into their game either specifically inviting friends or having a public option. I've never seen a game where people just hop in and out without you allowing that to happen and not having your game be public has always been the default condition.

I have zero interest in destiny, but i appreciate the recommendation I guess.

Exactly so did I I bought ME because I enjoy a good Single player excperience and great story which t ome is what Bioware do best. I didn't byu into it just to watch it become some kind of Destiny knock off.
You want a spacey shooter to play with your friends then tgo buy Destiny or Halo. You want a good sci fi/fantasy story and a great SP experience then buy ME/DA as for me that's what Mass Effect and Dragon Age are about. As far as I'm concerned I hope it stays that way as it should.

Nah save that for MP and maybe a brief story in MP. Team based dialogue wheel would be crazy.
Eh? I'd presume if coop was implemented, only the host would control the dialogue wheel.

I meant if MP had its own story instead of just horde mode. Something like Gears but with a dialogue options as individuals. Like for example there are 3 players and 2 choose to kill a suspect or something and other wants to take him in.Eh? I'd presume if coop was implemented, only the host would control the dialogue wheel.

I don't need anyone along for the journey.
I captain my own ship with my rules. There can only be 1 leader in my game... and that's me.
No co-op or multiplayer needed here.

Except making it co-op would affect all players. The entire thing would have to be designed to cater to multiple players, which I want as badly as I want another hole in the head.

The near constant mentions of Destiny on this board...
Couldn't you people at least pick a good game with a co-op mode to ask people to go to instead, like borderlands 2?

If 3 people teamed up in a campaign mode... The game would be too easy. As of right now, I'd take human intelligence over ME's ******-poor enemy AI/Squad AI any day.

Eh, I'm on of those weirdos that is sort of so-so in Borderlands. It just never really holds my attention long.

Much the way BG2 was ruined by co-op? I know just the lurking presence of co-op shattered my enjoyment of Borderlands 2.
