I went ahead and started to kill all the dragons, When I arrived in Emerald Graves. The Dragon did not appear, I looked in the quest log and the game thinks I already killed him. It credit me for the kill but I never fought him. I know when exploring Emerald Graves dragon health bar did appear but I never engaged the dragon.
Anyone experience this Strange Bug?
