Some people are doing 8 minute FC NM runs. Uuuugh. That stuff is game-breaking. Here I am doing 1 hr to 1.5 hr NM runs and others are doing 6-10 runs in the same amount of time. NERF PLZ

Hour to and hour and a half? Even if I let all the enemies spawn it takes nowhere near as long and I've never heard of anybody spawn camping it much faster than 20 minutes. This seems a bit exaggerated

8-11 mins sounds about right with a proper team.

It's not even any fun at this point considering the borderlands level drop rate and knowing once peeps get one of everything, there's nothing in it for them to keep torturing themselves till I get mine as well with how the game will only let peeps have one of every weapon.
I've barely even touched the game in a few days.
First world problems, lol, still bummed though!

Considering the drop rate, it's more about quantity over quality in FC nightmare runs. I've done over 40 and still only have one of the weapons while most peeps on my FL has at least three.

I like the idea of getting 1 of each but after that it'd be nice if they dropped duplicates afterwards. That way we can get better damage weapons without salvaging and still get the full range of weapons without getting 10+ of the same one first.

Anyone else just run and light the fire on the poison rounds... Now that's streamlining. None of this walk 2 meters then drop the torch.

I've never really enjoyed the "spawn camp" meta-game. Neither in me3. It almost seems like an entirely different gameplay mode, such as capture the flag. "Disperse your team and keep within the radius of these 3 points otherwise reinforcements arrive!". Whereas so many class mechanics encourage the group to be close together..
I enjoy mowing through mobs and surviving and using teamwork to do so, which for most kits, for me, means using an appropriate build, using cross-class synergies. Spawn camping seems best when everyone is using a basically solo oriented build that can deploy as a stationary turret. Seems very opposite to me.
I think it could actually be developed into an interesting and fun alternate game mode. But as it is now, spawn camping and regular 'group together, kill everything' runs are best when played with a different set of kits / priorities with spawn camping being a straight up shortcut. Is this a good thing? Edit: would the method ever be used in a Bioware Friday MP stream? /edit. I don't know. Not as fun for me, but since it's a shortcut.. I feel like I'm wasting time somewhat to run otherwise.
As far as hakkon weapons go... what am I going to do when I get the rest? I guess fill up healing mist and regeneration potions as they're the only 2 not at 255. Then? Probably keep playing >.> I'm not in a terrible rush.

Nah, I am sure if I asked, they would but considering the sheer number of completes it would take with them getting nothing out of it, I wouldn't ask.

I've just been finding myself less and less interested in playing recently. I keep getting bored too easily.

Snakebite's already done videos on where to camp and demonstration of the spawn camping here:
and in NM here:
Notice how it is about 8 minutes for a NM run. You can get slower or faster, primarily depending on a few RNG elements with mobs, team composition and dragon trolling (biggest factor, especially zone 5).
In all seriousness I thought the spawn camping was fixed, and now it is back. It is really disgusting. I like Hakkon weapons, but spawn camping shouldn't be the answer, a serious cry for drop rate fixes should be.

I don't see any problem with spawn camping however. Sometimes you just don't have as much time and want to be more efficient.

Some people just like farming. Its the reward, not the process that is enjoyable to them.We decided not to spawn camp yesterday and to run 4 Archers on NM instead. Really fast games, much more fun and more promotions (1 perilous + 2 NM to lvl 20).
I don't see any problem with spawn camping however. Sometimes you just don't have as much time and want to be more efficient.
Think about it like this. If you were told by someone to pull a lever 1000 times in a row, would you do it?
Now, lets put a cash reward attached to the leaver pulling that has a 1 in 1000 chance of paying out. Now people enjoy pulling the lever. Its called a slot machine.
The same logic applies here. Nobody wants to play for half an hour to have a 98% chance of getting nothing. However, if you have 3 or 4 chances in that same time, suddenly people have a lot more incentive to play, since the number of chances of getting a hakkon weapon just tripled in that same timeframe.
