We need more of those blighters in future DLC. Even if we don't go into the deep roads, I'd like to see the different variants of darkspawn, or more creatures tainted by the blight. I want to see blighted wolves, Bereskarns, Shrieks and Ogres. If we do go down into the deep roads I want to fight another Broodmother. Just go all out with blighted creatures, even introduce blighted giants and other creatures to hunt for crafting materials. Blighted wyvern leather could be tier 4 leather.

Except this game isn't a game about blight, its about a madman. If you want to deal more with blight, Origins is waiting for you to start a new character.

There was some scuttlebutt that darkspawn might be involved in DLC content, but it's died down. I wonder why there hasn't been a multiplayer challenge with darkspawn yet. They have three models — ghouls, hurlock archers and hurlock alphas.

I'd like to see the Darkspawn returned to their more gruesome and dark appearances - the little tin hat zombies really annoyed me, and it wasn't until I highlighted one that I realised it was a Darkspawn and not a walking corpse; to me their designs have suffered and they're now generic and hard to distinguish from other baddies or monsters.

The devs have hinted a darkspawn/deeproads DLC. I think it was in the Kotaku Q&A. So you're probably going to get your wish.

Agreed. In the first game, they were just brimming with menace, which made the main plot of stopping the Blight that much more engaging. Now, they've been reduced to just another bunch of monsters.
