From a realistic point of view it is unlikely that conception is even possible. The effort scientists had to go to just to cross breed lions and tigers was not insignificant, and that is two big cats both from earth. Try human and anything else (or anything else and anything different) and you are quite unlikely to be able to produce offspring. Plus crossbreeds tend toward health issues (immune system problems mostly, but tons of defects normally associated with inbreeding), so even if they did procreate the child wouldn't be likely to live long.

Well there has been some lore info in DA in terms of different fantasy races having children together and what outcome would be. On ME we only know that Asari's have babies with everyone and outcome is always Asari. However I wonder if offspring with another alien is possible. Though it can't be human and Turian due to how incompatible they are. I wonder if human and Batarian would work though, since I think DNA is closer. In other hand if you look at animals on Earth and who they can have babies with it's quite limited and often baby is sterile too so there might be sth like that with cross-race alien baby. If that is even right term

No. As much as I'd like my Shepards to be able to create a genetically engineered Master Race lovechild with Xen, I'd prefer that this series not become Star Trek in that regard.
