okay in all seriousness, this isn't Soo in left field. In one concept art to show synthesis possible effects was seeing an asari and her daughter, and they were part human/Salarian. Now not eveyone chose synthesis and this was more of a possible future scenario, but Asari/otherAlien Hybrids have at least been considered to have concept art for

However, we do barely even have children in the game to begin with so I wouldn't be expecting hybrid children of questionable possibility within the lore, space magic aside.
