I've looked around, and BW seems to have managed to create one of the worst multiplayer conectivity experiences in recent current gen technology. We are not talking about total players daily here, nor are we discussing the ability of BW servers to randomly match players together. The point, however, is that the community is completely dead.

How about a server list? Is that insane? A server list, with full disclosure. The would mean showing how many promotions each player has, their level, class and ready status. At the very least, this would encourage some old talent to come back. 90% of the time I have spent online has been sorting through garbage lobbies with level 14 players in Nightmare difficulty.

I'm calling this entire multipler community dead in 3 to 6 months, unless some real changes occur. Let's hope for more multiplayer connectivity in the next installment.

Some changes would be nice. I would love to log on and be able to join an open lobby instead of having the server choose for me. It would be nice to set parameters for my lobby if I were host too. "opening doors? yes, no?" , "calling dragon? yes, no?" and "promotions over 250 can only join lobby" etc., etc.

I can't tell you how many terrible players have fallen into my lobbies lately that given the parameters above wouldn't have to face the armor of the red skull over and over again.

I am sure Drasca has some pretty good ideas on this topic.

No rage, it's just over. I don't like seeing wasted potential. Who here really still plays MP?

I really is one of the worst in recent history. When your options are "Quick game", and "Create server", they basically mean, "Random **** PUG", and "Wait for no one".

Quite a few people have completed Nightmare with all 4 players 14/15

EDIT: I'm pretty sure Drasca would say teach/educate them instead of just raging straight off the bat.

And I've completeled NM with lvl 18 players, 20 players, and level 16 players. Yay for stories! Back on topic, there is barely anyone to play NM with. Why?? The community is dead. Here on the forums, we are the extreme. The dedicated players. How many of us are left? 250? 200?

It would be nice to be able to actually get into a game with other people that are like minded especially when it comes to opening doors. BIG pet peeve of mine is people not opening doors. That and trying to find a random match and not being able to find one, or spending 15 min trying to get into one because of randomly being matched with a server.

Like I have said many times the business model of ea is 'why strive for excellence when mediocrity is enough to make you lots of money'.

The problem is the segregation of the regions...  Why they even have this when they aren't providing dedicated servers for games... It's P2P.

Well, we all know the current problems, and as I have said before, I think that the MP game is improving. I disagree that the game is dead, and I play every day.

If I am not hosting, I go with the host. If I am hosting and want to do a speed run, I tell all in lobby, or as they join. I do open doors more now due to the chest rating change.

The exact reason a complete leaderboard will never be published and will stay top 100 viewable only.

If judging by these forums and my recent pug activity, I would say that this game is more active that it was 3 months ago. Maybe a bad region?

Is there any way to back out of the Quick Match screen when it claims it is connecting, but is obviously already in a lobby but stuck on the connecting screen?  I mean other than Alt F4 or disabling your lan connection?
