more than a week ago i ordered a dragon age product from the store, but i havent received a confirmation email with order number. Is it possible the item is shipped, but i just didnt receive an email
I checked out as guest, so i have nowhere to see my order details

No Bioware employe here, so this could be wrong and mainly based on my personal experiance. On these forums there doesn't seem to be anyone from the ThreehousStore or Bioware itself so maybe you could try twitter, but otherwise you are stuck with theire customer support
If you entererd an correct email adress there should be an confirmation email. So if there is no email (and you entered the correct email adress) the order probebly didn't go through.
What I would do if I were you is check if the payment went trough or not. Not shure if they include any order information there, but if there is no payment and no confirmation email then there is no order. If there is an payment you can use information from that to contact customer support and that way they should be able to track your order.
