Then the chief engineer on your ship gets jealous, and you have to choose between them and the Mako.
Renegade interrupt lets the two of you duke it out for the Mako's love.

I don't want to mate with the Mako, the sorts of positions and contortions that it would force upon me with it's unnatural physics and anti gravity wall climbing maneuvers would bend me into a pretzel or worse. I'd look something like this after I was done with a session:
