Double XP bug contributing to fast finish?

There is an intermittent bug for this happening that we're trying to track down. If it happens to you just enjoy the nice bonus, because one day Jeff will find out what's happening and fix it
Hi guys I have a question, is the event really over? PS4
Yesterday (Austria) i allready had one Star (i guess from Isabell),
and in the evening i push archer and Legionnaire 20 LvL but i didnt get the reward.
Do u have the same problem?

you should have time to gain the 10 levels til noon (central European time) to finish your personal challenge (the community challenge is won already):
But where is then the problem my Archer was 11 and I lvl him to 20 and then to 10 again no star for my personal challange.
Same with Legionnaire
Start with lvl 7 lvl him to 20 nothing happened.
The first Star which i have, was an accident, i just play my Dualist and suddenly i got the reward, but i dont know exactly after which lvl or so.

Duelist was one of the characters you could play to work on the challenge... looks like you gained 2 levels with her (= first star)
as to why it doesn't seem to register probably for you after that... I can only guess... a bug maybe? did you try to restart the game?

No didnt try that, But normaly It should work like this?:
Legionnaire, Keeper, Archer, ZITHER!, Isabela, or Skywatcher and get 10 level doest matter 1-10 or 7-17 right?
And for each Char 1 Star.

the challenge always starts friday (in Austra it would start around 6 or 7 pm)
here is the challenge description: This weekend only: Earn 2 (= first star), 4 (2nd star), ..., 10 (fifth star) levels while playing as the Legionnaire, Keeper, Archer, Virtuoso, Duelist, OR Avvar.
so you can earn all the (10) levels playing just the Archer or whatever other mentioned character and not as you stated 1 star for each char.

it doesn't matter what character (of the mentioned) you level up and you can switch them after each match if you wish so (for example: play a threatening match with a lvl 1 and you gain 7 levels, then play with that char another threatening to gain the missing 3 lvls...)
but you need to hurry... the personal challenge ends soon
but from what you write it really sounds like a bug to me... you should have finished the challenge by now (because you said you leveled the archer & lego enough)

I will restart today and make 4 lvl (this would be the next reward) and see if its works

I'm staggered, I'm watching a bioware employee spamming SB on nightmare and...I just don't understand, they've spent all this time nerfing it and we find they are using the crutch class and the crutch move to survive
Has more to do with fans asking us to play Nightmare on the stream, and the Arcane Warrior was the class I had at level 20 at the moment. This will be shocking to hear, but there is no conspiracy afoot. We just make and play videogames.
It's nice to not jump to conclusions, especially negative ones, all the time in life :-)

Reviving this old thread to bring this back up, but has anyone finished this weeks challenge and can confirm or deny whether simply finishing this weeks challenge wraps up the Book of Varric?
