There's the option to copy your vanilla DAI file and just download the actual beta files as well.  Still slow but not as bad as downloading the entire beta client in most cases

Pretty sure you just make a copy of your vanilla DAI folder inside Origin Games, rename it to include Beta at the end, delete the Patch folder from inside the Update folder, then click on the tile in Origin to update/download the beta files and repair once before playing.  Much faster

As long as it isnt a multiplayer beta. I dont think I could handle somebody complaining about new weapons being way to OP. Then making a post and bragging about how they have all the new weapons after only playing the new content on the live servers for 12 hours.

Your support and your suggestions are appreciated regardless of who you play with. There's a lot of new content to test and I'm mainly focusing on a specific part of it. My personality sucks, sorry about that.

One could also say Wavebend is the person who put a huge amount of time and effort into beta testing to help us get higher quality content.

I would think that if Wavebend unlocked all the Hakkon weapons in beta, that doesn't transfer over to his real account he plays every day, so it's a moot point, yeah?

Seriously though, the spawns are perfect as they are now. Sure, nightmare is a bit more difficult as a result and you certainly cant blast through it in 8 minutes like before, but its incredibly fun now. Hordes of rage demons on wave 4, legions of knights charging one horror for 9001 damage red spikes, its pretty fun.

The progress I get while beta testing doesn't carry over, and I had to farm them twice (once on beta, once on live), so don't complain.

Did I force you to beta test it? No, so you did it out of your on free will. If you don't want to do beta testing for bioware anymore you don't have to.

 

Anyway, wasn't saying that the change to spawn was a bad thing, just trying to give credit where credit is due...

Honestly I wish the PC were not the Beta testing platform. The game community gets visibly divided when there is a Beta patch out for testing.
