This link right here is what's wrong with Bioware and EA's so called "customer support" One thread, 183 people having the same problem on multiple platforms, and no sight or word from BEAware what so ever, also 9 months since the original poster shared his troubles, and yet no answers, no fixes, no nothing, not even acknowledgement. Ohh Bioware how far have you fallen from the grace of decency...
You have to admit it's "smart" and "cost effective" though, instead of paying people to stand by to solve issues, or inform the higher ups of the issues people are encountering, they set up a forum where players themselves answer or try to solve their problems, who cares they payed for their product, let them deal with it on their own right?
