I don't think she reacts at all. The only NPC you have the discussion with is Alistair or Loghain, if you are female or not willing to undergo the ritual yourself.

Yes, Akrabra is correct. At this point your relationship with Leliana is no longer an issue, and you will not be speaking with her until much later.

She doesn't react. I doubt she even knows about it. Not sure if she has any related dialogue in Inquisition.
