I googled it a bit, looks like it's a common problem and not just me.

 

I done Wedding Alliances quest chain (and witnessed the wedding), yet I can't select anything about this quest chain in the Keep.

 

In operations section nothing was unlocked where we should select what type of Inquisition we had (I mean forces/spies/etc).

 

Also my Iron Bull remained in the Qun, yet I cannot select it. Instead I can select that he became a Tal Vasoth, even though it contradicts the fact that I saved the qunari ship, and even the Keep itself tells it.

 

Just what to make sure that the devs know about it, and will fix it before these choices will become important, ie before the next game will be released.

you can use the spoiler gates to fix the choices yourself. Although it is annoying that they have to be fixed in the first place.

Um, what do you mean by that? I have no idea what these "spoiler gates" are. I tried to google it, but with no luck
