...besides Dead Rising 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition. Now that I finally have two sources of income I am planning on getting an Xbox One which will replace my 360 in the living area and will retire my 360 to my bedroom. Any suggestions?
Please recommend to me some good XBONE titles

I'd recommend the Metro Redux Bundle. Mainly because I just got done playing Last Light Redux, but they're awesome sauce games. They are FPS but they ARE NOT the run of the mill CoD style shooters. Ammo is limited and must be scavenged and the first one especially is survival horror rather than a sh'mup. I recommend them. Last Light didn't have much of a visual change but 2033 certainly did. I also recommend when you play that you play on Ranger Hardcore. Even if it's the first play through. That's honestly IMO they way the games are meant to be played!
Anyway they're really good post apocalyptic games, even more so if you like atmospheric, intense games. And the story is pretty good too.

If you like strategy and turn-based RPGs, then I recommend Massive Chalice. Plus it's the free game with Gold this month.

Sunset Overdrive if you want a simple game that doesn't take itself seriously and is WAY over the top.

I second this, it's a really good game, especially for a freebie.

I haven't played much for it, since the library is still mostly available for 360. The ones I've enjoyed that I've tried, other than what has been mentioned:
AC 4: Black Flag, which I suppose is a 360 game that you may already have.
Neverwinter, which is a fun, if temporary, diversion. It's free, and surprisingly easy to play without actually spending any money. Not a great game by any stretch. More of a 6/10 pass the time game, but since it doesn't cost anything, it's worth a recommendation.

I'm not seeing any Xbox titles here other than Halo and Sunset. You can get all the rest on PS4 or 360.l
