I don't think this'll stop you finishing the game.  Just go ahead with the others - I've not done it myself but I've heard you can go ahead and do the landsmeet and all, you just won't have any dwarves helping you so it'll be a harder fight.  But again, I'm not 100% on this - can anyone else confirm or refute this?
