I have the collectors edition of ME2 (physical version not digital
download) Right at the beginning it asks me for my e-mail and password
to log into my EA account so i can access some of my downloadable
content.  However, when I enter my information it comes up saying my
password doesn't match my e-mail. 

I had it send me the link and changed my password but it still won't recognize it.  I know the
password works, simply because I was able to log onto this site.

Is there a way to fix this?

The system seemed to accept my Cerberus Network activation, but if I'm not connect, I still can't use it.
